Absolutely. We are happy to share sample-sized testers and are always happy to arrange in-person meetings to walk you through the range. If possible, we can also visit your property to better understand your needs.

Yes, we have a number of different dispenser options, from stainless steel to plastic, depending on your needs. More information upon request

We can offer bespoke scent offerings for your property upon request at a cost. The minimum lead time is 6 months. More information upon request.

Some are and some are not. We however use preservatives that have the Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) status given by the FDA. Note that not all preservatives are harmful and the key purpose for using them is to give a product some shelf life, which is particularly important when supplying in bulk.

Yes, depending on your needs and requirements we have a sales team who will assist you throughout the process of your first order and helping you choose and find what will work best for your hotel. After this, you will likely deal with the same person, or in a few cases be handed over to another sales representative who will be there to answer any questions, help you in the case of any issues, and assist you in repeat orders and further enquiries.
