Jani is a Kenyan-made skincare and hospitality amenities brand committed to eco-certified, responsibly produced products.

2. Ordering
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise stated and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe indicated at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on location and courier availability. Jani is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns and Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products unless they are faulty.

6. Product Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, ingredient lists, and images are accurate. However, slight variations may occur. If you have specific concerns about ingredients or suitability for your skin type, we recommend consulting a dermatologist before use.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
