Jani Rewards Program

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility.
The Jani Rewards Programme is open to all customers who register a Jani account. Registration is free.

2. Welcome discount
New members receive 10% off their first purchase upon registering a Jani account. This discount applies once per customer and cannot be combined with other offers.

3. Earning points
Members earn 1 point for every KSh 50 spent (excluding VAT) on all qualifying purchases, in-store and online.

4. Redemption
A minimum balance of 200 points is required before redemption. Once the threshold is reached, members may redeem all or some of their points against any future purchase in-store or on the Jani website. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

5. Non-qualifying transactions.
Points are not earned on purchases made using redeemed points, gift cards, or any transaction that is subsequently refunded or cancelled.

6. Account.
Members are responsible for keeping their account details accurate and up to date. Points are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the registered account holder.

7. Programme changes.
Jani reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Rewards Programme at any time. Members will be notified of material changes. Continued participation following notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Fraud.
Jani reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account where fraudulent or abusive activity is suspected, and to void any points earned through such activity.

9. General.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. The Jani Rewards Programme is operated by Jani Kenya.
