Currently, Jani Beauty ships orders within Kenya. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after purchase. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Delivery Time

  • Nairobi and Surrounding Areas: 1-2 business days

  • Other Major Cities: 3-7 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and during peak shopping periods. We will notify you via email if there are any delays in processing your order.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and the weight of your order. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Order Tracking
While we do not offer real-time tracking, you will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped, including an estimated delivery date. For further information about your order status, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with a product, you can return it within 30 days of purchase, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions
